Event Prep

You have a date.
We have a plan.

Wedding, vacation, reunion, milestone birthday. Flat-rate 1:1 coaching built backward from your day — clear start, clear finish, no subscription and no auto-renew.

Two doors, same standard.

Both run on the same coaching that has taken women to national stages. The difference is what we're building toward.

Aisle Ready

For brides

16, 12, or 8 weeks built backward from your wedding date — including the one rule nobody tells you about final alterations. Training, nutrition, and a timeline that respects your actual calendar.

Date Ready

For the date on your calendar

A countdown built around whatever you are getting ready for: a vacation, a reunion, a milestone birthday. Short, focused, and structured, so you feel like yourself without living in the gym the week before.

How it works

01

Send your date

Name, email, and the day you're getting ready for. That's the whole first step.

02

Get your plan and quote

I map the timeline backward from your date and send you a flat rate for the full block. One price, quoted once.

03

We execute it

Training, nutrition, weekly check-ins, and adjustments the whole way through — until your date. Then we're done.

What's included

Custom training program — built for your gym, your schedule, your experience level
Nutrition targets — set to your timeline, adjusted as we go
Weekly check-ins — reviewed by me, not a template reply
Direct messaging — questions answered between check-ins
Event-week protocol — exactly what to do the week leading into the event
Timeline built backward — from fittings, flights, and photos
Travel and event strategy — dinners, drinks, and real life included
A clear finish line — no rollover, no auto-renew, no awkward exit
The investment
Flat rate

Event prep is quoted as one price for your full block, because the work is defined by your date, not by a monthly subscription. Shorter timelines are more intensive; longer ones give us more room. Send your date and I'll send your quote.

Before you ask

01

How far out should I start?

Sixteen weeks is ideal — it gives us room to build rather than rush. Twelve works well. Eight is tight but real. If your date is closer than that, send it anyway and I'll tell you honestly what's possible.

02

Do I need gym experience?

No. Most event-prep clients are not competitors and never plan to be. The program is written for where you actually are.

03

What happens after my date?

We're finished, and that's by design. If you want to keep going, 1:1 coaching is there. But nothing renews on its own and nothing carries over unless you ask.

04

What if my date moves?

It happens more than you'd think. We rebuild the timeline around the new date at no extra cost.
